Day 2 : Ijen Blue Fire – Drop Off
At 00.00 prepare to drive to the starting point of the climb to Ijen. The distance from the hotel to the Ijen climbing location depends on where the hotel is and can be adjusted to what time it should start.
Arriving at the Ijen mountain area, accompanied by a local guide, you will begin your Ijen climbing journey. The climbing time is approximately 1.5-2 hours depending on the speed of each tour participant.
After arriving at the peak of Mount Ijen, then go down to the edge of the crater to see the blue fire phenomenon. (Adjust to conditions because sometimes the blue fire is closed for visitor safety).
Once the sky begins to lighten, visitors return to the summit to see the turquoise sulfur crater lake.And the journey in Ijen is finished and the local guide will take you down to the climbing post.
