Surabayabromotour.com always strives to provide the best service & responsibility during the trip, but as the executor, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE & CANNOT BE DEMANDED FOR: accident, damage, loss & delays in baggage by airlines, hotels & other means of transportation. Failure, disruption & delays from airplanes / trains / other means of transportation that cause loss of time, additional hotel replacement costs, air transportation or no use of a visit visa that is already owned by tour participants. Changes in travel events due to natural disasters, riots & so on which are Force Majeur. Death of participants due to illness, accident, and others. And other reasons beyond our ability.
